Terms & Conditions

By ticking this box, the Parent/Guardian and Athlete confirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. COMMITMENT

I understand that participation in CCD ALLSTAR is a full-season commitment from September to June.

I agree to attend all rehearsals, performances, competitions, and team events I am required to unless excused by a Head Coach.

I understand that excessive absences may result in removal from competitive routines or teams.

I understand that CCD ALLSTAR competitive commitments should take priority over outside activities where possible.

2. ATTENDANCE & PUNCTUALITY

I understand that attendance at all practices, rehearsals, performances, and competitions is mandatory.

I agree to notify the coach in advance of any absence by completing the absence form.

I understand that absences will only be approved for illness or family emergencies.

I agree to arrive on time and fully prepared for all team activities.

I understand that repeated lateness or unexcused absences may affect routine placement or participation.

3. CONDUCT, ATTITUDE & SPORTSMANSHIP

I agree to show respect toward coaches, teammates, parents, competitors, and staff at all times.

I understand that bullying, gossip, inappropriate behaviour, or negativity will not be tolerated.

I agree to support and encourage my teammates both inside and outside of the club.

4. DRESS CODE & PREPAREDNESS

I agree to attend practices in the correct dance attire and footwear.

I understand that hair must be tied back neatly and jewellery must not be worn if it may cause injury or distraction.

I agree to bring all required shoes, costumes, accessories, and equipment to competitions and performances.

5. FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITY

I agree to pay all monthly fees, costume fees, competition fees, and additional team expenses by the stated deadlines.

I understand that late payments may incur additional charges.

I understand that failure to meet financial obligations may affect participation.

6. SOCIAL MEDIA & REPRESENTATION

I understand that I represent CCD ALLSTAR both in and outside of dance activities.

I agree to use social media responsibly and not post negative or disrespectful content regarding the team, coaches, dancers, or club.

I agree to uphold the reputation of CCD ALLSTAR with integrity and respect.

7. HEALTH & SAFETY

I agree to inform coaches of any illness, injury, or medical condition that may affect participation.

I agree to follow all safety procedures and practice safe dance techniques at all times.

8. PARENT/GUARDIAN RESPONSIBILITIES

I agree to support my athlete’s attendance, participation, and commitment to the team.

I agree to meet all financial deadlines.

I agree to encourage a positive attitude and support practice at home where possible.

9. ATHLETE RESPONSIBILITIES

I agree to maintain healthy habits including sleep, nutrition, hydration, and self-care.

I agree to participate in strength, conditioning, and flexibility training.

I agree to practice routines at home and review corrections regularly.

I understand that classes and rehearsals are focus-based environments and phones or distractions are not permitted.

10. EARLY WITHDRAWAL (“GET OUT” CLAUSE)

I understand that if I choose to leave a CCD ALLSTAR competition team before the end of the season, a £100 Early Withdrawal Fee will apply.

I understand that this fee contributes toward team restructuring and choreography changes.

I understand that competition fees, class fees, and costume fees are non-refundable.

I understand that if the club decides to pull a team from a competition or performance it is in the best interest of the team, and no refunds will be issued. If contracts are terminated, the above will apply.

I understand that this clause is non-negotiable and is accepted by signing this agreement.

11. ACKNOWLEDGEMENT & AGREEMENT

I confirm that I have read, understood, and agreed to all CCD ALLSTAR Terms & Conditions outlined above.

I understand that failure to comply with these Terms & Conditions may result in disciplinary action, suspension, or removal from CCD ALLSTAR activities.
